WE HEART CHUCK PLANNING TEAM:
Laurie Taylor Gregg is the original Have A Heart – Save Chuck campaign lead and does whatever else is necessary or helpful. Laurie's experience in graphic design has been useful in creating the campaign’s first blog and the current We Heart Chuck (WHC) website and she is functioning as the "Creative Director" of WHC . During American Heart Association fundraising efforts she stays in close communication with the AHA to keep track of donation totals. In general, she really just tries to keep up…

ChuckNut is a librarian who fell in love with Chuck to the extent that it was the first DVD she ever bought. She was jokingly (but fondly) referred to during the original campaign as the “Quality Control / Taskmaster / Input Giver,” and she diligently continues to watch over many aspects of the WHC-AHA campaign, letting very little escape her vigilant dedication to detail. Because of her love of Chuck and the WHC-AHA cause, ChuckNut is an inexhaustible Tweeter and follower of Chuck online activities. She also came up with the great idea for Zac's birthday campaign, which became an important part of the We Heart Chuck reboot.

Larry Weddle jumped into the middle of the original campaign, willing to do whatever was needed… including enthusiastically rewatching all of Season 1 and 2 to make lists of products and advertisers, just in case they were needed. Larry lends his vast musical knowledge in support of the show and the WHC-AHA campaign through his Everyone Talks podcast, which explores the music of Chuck and reports on We Heart Chuck happenings. Larry is an avid gamer and will be helping to coordinate a Chuck gaming community. He is also leading the Chuck-pack in forming Chuck Bartowski teams for the AHA’s HeartWalks.

Mark Stephens has recently joined the WHC team and qualifies as our resident expert because of his previous work as a member of other nationally known charity fundraising campaigns. In spring of 2009, Mark was so impressed with the outpouring of passion and joy for the support of Chuck and the WHC-AHA campaign that he requested the opportunity to be involved in its mission to "save lives" through AHA while spreading the good word about Chuck. Mark will be overseeing elements of many future WHC-AHA fundraising efforts and supporting the cast of Chuck by reporting on the actors’ activities in their personal causes. He practices law in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and he has given us some wonderful advice including, "Stop talking, now.” Given his ability to succinctly articulate the WHC cause, we hope that he will consider doing more of the talking for We Heart Chuck from now on.

Wendy Farrington has been dubbed the “Queen of Chuck Fandom,” but is best known for her brilliant “Finale and a Footlong” campaign, which was hailed by many as one of the most effective save-my-show fan campaigns of all time. She has been acknowledged by NBC, Subway and Chuck cast and crew members for her contribution and continues to connect with Chuck fans and Chuck decision makers. Wendy’s marketing degree and background in sales complement her natural common sense and she has generously offered helpful support and advice to the WHC-AHA campaign.
